General Counselling

Discrete and confidential general counselling and psychotherapy is provided for a wide variety of problems such as depression, self- esteem, work problems, stress management, grief and loss, life transitions, sleep, issues specific to older adults, weight management, wellbeing, quality of life, relocation issues and many more.

Therapy is collaborative, warm and respectful and a space in which to talk about those issues that affect you most deeply to a professional who is non judgmental.

Emotional issues can range in order of their severity or intensity. It is more about empowering you to make the choices that are right for you than giving advice.

I can help you through challenges and difficulties, to live life more effectively according to your values and help you to manage your problems. It may also help you to gain clarity and new perspectives. You will most probably identify goals, strengthen your coping skills, learn to regulate your emotions and reduce stress.
